I have always received top notch service from CZP. I appreciate you coming clean and "manning up" to the mistake. It takes bigger stones to fess up than it does to make the mistake of fraud. I hope that you follow through with the replacement of authentic 300 degree parts. Your records should show all customers effected. You should personnaly contact them and ship replacement parts immediately. You should also give an instore credit to make up for the labor required to change out the fraudulant parts. Part of the appology has to be doing what is nesessary to rectify the situation. Doing that will be the only way to restore lost business, and a damaged reputation. This should serve as a lesson to all vendors who use this site. Good luck with your clean up efforts.
